AUCTION: Dispensary Building Lease and Medical Equipment at Mardan Cantt

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Cantonment Board Mardan Cantt invites sealed bids for the open auction of a dispensary building located within the cantonment limits. The auction is for a lease period of 2 years, with a minimum annual rent of Rs. 220,000. The dispensary is situated on a plot measuring 2700 square feet, with a covered area of 1720 square feet. The successful bidder will also be required to provide essential medical equipment for the dispensary, including: - Water Bath HH-4 - Galaxy Lab 300 - Blood Mixer - Spincell-3 - 800 Electronic Centrifuge - NOIF Microscope The auction will be held on 05/10/2026 at 12:00 PM at the Cantonment Board Office, Mardan. If the auction cannot be held on the scheduled date due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be rescheduled for 06/10/2026 or 07/10/2026. Interested parties must submit a pay order of Rs. 50,000 as earnest money to participate in the auction. The successful bidder will be responsible for all utility bills and maintenance of the premises. Only those with relevant experience in running dispensaries or medical facilities are encouraged to participate. The lease agreement will be finalized after approval from the competent authority, and the successful bidder must take possession within the stipulated time frame.
