AUCTION: Rental of Underpass Shops at Faisal Colony and Tuck Shops in Peshawar BRT Bus Stations

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) invites bids for the disposal and rental of assets located in Peshawar, specifically underpass shops at Faisal Colony and tuck shops in Peshawar BRT Bus Stations. The auction is conducted under a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure. Items being auctioned include: - Underpass Shops at Faisal Colony (12 shops) - Tuck Shops (4 shops) These assets are offered on an 'as is where is basis'. Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit and inspect the shops at the BRT Peshawar Bus Stations in coordination with the office of TransPeshawar. Bid solicitation documents containing detailed information on the number of shops, location, dimensions, covered area, and reserve prices are available on the TransPeshawar website from the date of this advertisement until the last day for bid submission. A Bid Security/Earnest Money amounting to 25% of the Annual Rent must be submitted in the form of a CDR/DD from any scheduled bank of Pakistan along with the bid. The bid security must be submitted from the bank account of the bidder. Bids must be delivered to the undersigned by 11:30 AM (PST) on October 06, 2026. The bids will be opened at 12:00 PM (PST) on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the TransPeshawar office. The advertisement and bidding documents are also available on the websites of TransPeshawar (http://transpeshawar.pk) and KPPRA (http://www.kppra.gov.pk). TransPeshawar reserves the right to cancel the auction process by assigning a cogent reason. Bidders should ensure timely submission and proper documentation of bid security to avoid disqualification. Visiting the site beforehand will provide a practical understanding of the asset conditions and locations, aiding in accurate bid preparation.
