AUCTION: Disposal of BER Technical Store Items by NADRA Regional Head Office Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Lahore invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for the disposal of BER Technical Store Items on an as-is-where-is basis. Items being auctioned include All in One Systems, Desktop Systems, Form Printers, All in One Printers, and Form Scanners. This auction is conducted by NADRA Regional Head Office Lahore, located at 73 Trade Center M.A Johar Town Lahore. The bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs 30,000/- in respect of NADRA Regional HDQ Office Lahore. The bid price will start from Rs. 309,267/-. Sales Tax at 18% and Withholding Tax at 10% for filers or 20% for non-filers will be applied as per the proforma attached in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and must be on the Active Taxpayer List. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 17 Nov 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals prior to acceptance as per PPRA Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2026 (Rule-32). Notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) constituted under PPRA Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2026 (Rule-30) is available on EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ and on the Procuring Agency's website if available.
