AUCTION: Mining Lease Rights for Radioactive Minerals, Precious Metals, and Gemstones in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Schedule-IV A) 2026-27

The Directorate General Mines and Minerals Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar, invites sealed bids for the auction of mining lease rights for radioactive minerals, precious metals, and precious/semi-precious gemstones under Schedule-IV A (Fixed) for the financial year 2026-27. This public auction is open to eligible JV holders and permit holders for the following districts and mineral groups. The lease period is from 01.12.2026 to 30.06.2027, and the auction will be conducted as per the fixed reserve prices listed below. Items being auctioned: - District Haripur: Reserve Price PKR 280,000,000, Earnest Money PKR 28,000,000 - District Kohistan: Reserve Price PKR 4,491,667, Earnest Money PKR 449,167 - District Gilgit: Reserve Price PKR 8,575,000, Earnest Money PKR 857,500 - District Chitral: Reserve Price PKR 612,500, Earnest Money PKR 61,250 - District Lower Kohistan: Reserve Price PKR 87,500,000, Earnest Money PKR 8,750,000 - District Mansehra: Reserve Price PKR 181,416,667, Earnest Money PKR 18,141,667 - District Abbottabad: Reserve Price PKR 183,750,000, Earnest Money PKR 18,375,000 - District Swat: Reserve Price PKR 16,333,333, Earnest Money PKR 1,633,333 - District Shangla: Reserve Price PKR 4,083,333, Earnest Money PKR 408,333 - District Battagram: Reserve Price PKR 5,833,333, Earnest Money PKR 583,333 - Total Reserve Price: PKR 504,291,667, Total Earnest Money PKR 50,429,167 The technical scope covers mining lease rights for the specified minerals in the listed districts. Bidders must submit original CDRs (Deposit at Call) in the name of the Directorate General Mines and Minerals Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, along with a valid bank statement showing financial capacity for the year 2026-27. Only those with valid JV or permit holder status are eligible to participate. The deadline for submission of sealed bids is 23.11.2026 at 11:00 AM at the Directorate office in Peshawar. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
