AUCTION: Disposal of Salvageable Building Material Including Demolition of Dilapidated Classrooms at Siham School

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RHQ Rawalpindi) invites electronic bids for the disposal of salvageable building material including demolition of dilapidated classrooms at Siham School on an as is where is basis. This e-auction is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. Interested firms, companies, individual consultants, sole proprietorships, partnerships, and various types of companies registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listed on the Active Taxpayer List are eligible to participate. PEC registration may be required if disposal involves civil, electrical, or mechanical works. The e-auction will remain open until Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 03:00 PM and will be reviewed and evaluated online at 04:00 PM the same day. Bidders may increase their offers multiple times until the closing time, after which the highest offer will be automatically selected as the winner. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) notification is also available on the EPADS portal and the procuring agency's website if available.
