AUCTION: Disposal of Unserviceable Furniture, Fixtures, Machinery, Equipment and Hardware Assets

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Provincial Ombudsman Secretariat Sindh, Karachi is offering for auction its unserviceable assets including Furniture & Fixtures, Machinery & Equipment, Hardware Assets and other obsolete/unserviceable items. The auction is scheduled for 05-10-2026 (Monday) at 11:00 a.m. at the Secretariat premises in Karachi. Items being auctioned include: - Office Furniture - Computers - Printers - UPSS - Fax Machines - Photocopies/Photostat Machines - Other unserviceable office equipment These items will be offered lot-wise on a lump-sum basis through sealed bids and disposed of on an 'as is, where is' basis. Interested parties may view the bidding documents on the official website https://mohtasibsindh.gov.pk/Procurement. Inspection of auction items is allowed from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. on any working day until 18-09-2026 at the Secretariat office. Sealed bids quoting lot-wise lump-sum amounts must be submitted by 10:30 a.m. on 05-10-2026. Bids will be opened at 11:00 a.m. on the same day in the presence of participants. A non-refundable participation fee of Rs. 2,000/- must be deposited via Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft in favor of DDO Secretariat Provincial Ombudsman (Mohtasib) Sindh. Original receipt or pay order must be attached with the bidding documents. Participants must bring their original CNIC and be registered with FBR providing ATL status. The Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. The auction bid drop box is available in the office of Superintendent Store/Secretary Auction Committee at the Secretariat. Bidders are advised to carefully inspect the items and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions mentioned in the bidding documents. Timely submission of bids with complete documentation is essential to participate successfully.
