AUCTION: Disposal of Vehicles by Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO)

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites bids for the disposal of vehicles on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis through E-Bids. The auction will be conducted at the office of the Chief Engineer (Material Management) IESCO Islamabad. Bids shall be submitted via E-PADS v2.0 portal by 29.09.2026 at 10:30am and will be opened the same day at 11:00am. Earnest money/bid security must be submitted in original form as CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks valid for 120 days. Registration with FBR is mandatory. Advance 18% GST and 10% Income Tax or other applicable taxes will be levied on the successful bid. Payment must be made to the Finance Directorate IESCO via CDR in favor of Chief Executive Officer IESCO. The successful bidder must lift the vehicle within 15 working days of release order issuance. This auction is conducted under PPRA Disposal Regulations 2026. The Disposal Committee will evaluate bids and results will be published on PPRA and IESCO websites. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the E-PADS online bidding process and ensure all documents and bid securities are uploaded before the deadline. Inspect vehicles early to avoid last-minute issues and confirm all bid requirements to avoid disqualification.
