AUCTION: Punjab e-Khidmat Markaz Cafeteria Lease Rights 2026 (Gujranwala, Sargodha, Faisalabad, DG Khan, Sahiwal)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of cafeterias located at e-Khidmat Markaz in five major cities of Punjab: Gujranwala, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Dera Ghazi Khan, and Sahiwal. This public auction offers an opportunity for interested parties to operate and manage the cafeteria facilities at these government service centers for a specified period. The auction will be conducted as per the terms and conditions outlined by PITB, and successful bidders will be granted the right to run the cafeterias at the designated locations. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for cafeteria at e-Khidmat Markaz Opposite Main Bazar Shaheen Abad GT Road, Gujranwala - Lease rights for cafeteria at Mela Mandi Ground Tangaabad Road Near Old Civil Lines Colony, Sargodha - Lease rights for cafeteria at e-Khidmat Markaz Opp. Mian M. Trust Hospital Near General Bus Stand Sargodha Road, Faisalabad - Lease rights for cafeteria at Block 40 Dera Ghazi Khan, Punjab - Lease rights for cafeteria at e-Khidmat Markaz 355-H Opposite Sadar police Station Farid Town, Sahiwal Each cafeteria is situated within a busy government service center, ensuring a steady flow of visitors and potential customers. The technical scope includes the provision of quality food and beverage services, maintenance of hygiene standards, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Bidders must submit a refundable Earnest Money of PKR 10,000 in the form of a Pay Order or CDR, along with their application. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 25 percent of the annual lease value as security. Bids must be submitted by 21 October 2026 at the respective e-Khidmat Markaz office during working hours. The auction will be held on 22 October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the concerned Markaz.
