The technical scope covers the management and operation of the stand, ensuring proper fee collection and adherence to local regulations. Bidders must provide valid CNIC, proof of tax registration, and earnest money as specified in the auction terms. Participation is open to individuals and firms meeting the eligibility criteria. The auction schedule is as follows: Okara on 19.10.2026, Pakpattan on 20.10.2026, and Sahiwal on 21.10.2026, with final bid submission deadlines ranging from 02.11.2026 to 04.11.2026 depending on the lot.
