AUCTION: Fallen Trees at Government Health Facilities Shaheed Benazirabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Office of the District Health Officer, Shaheed Benazirabad, announces an open public auction for the disposal and sale of fallen trees located within the premises of several government health facilities. This auction is conducted under applicable government rules and policies to ensure transparency and fairness. Items being auctioned: - Fallen Trees at RHC Mehar Ali Jamali - Fallen Trees at RHC Yar Muhammad Jamali - Fallen Trees at Government Dispensary Dorai Mahar - Fallen Trees at Government Dispensary Soomar Khan Korai The auction will be held on Saturday, 16th September 2026, at 2:00 PM at the District Health Office, Shaheed Benazirabad. The auction will be conducted on an 'AS IS WHERE IS' basis by a duly constituted Auction Committee. The reserve price will be determined and verified by competent Forest authorities and will remain confidential until the auction. Interested bidders may inspect the fallen trees at the respective health facilities during office hours before the auction. Bidders must attach a call deposit equal to one-fourth of their bid; without this, offers will not be considered. The successful bidder must deposit 75% of the bid amount within three days of acceptance and remove the material within seven days of permission. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the advance and rejection of the bid. No trees other than those listed may be cut or removed. The successful bidder must complete all payment and formalities before taking possession. The auction is subject to approval by the competent authority. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Bidders should bring their original CNIC and any other required documents. Wide publicity and transparency will be maintained throughout the process. It is advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the auction time.
