Auction of Fee Collection Rights for 3 Wash Rooms at Commercial Area Chaklala Scheme-III

The Military Lands and Cantonments Department through the Chaklala Cantonment Board in Rawalpindi is offering an auction for the fee collection rights of three washrooms located at the commercial market of Chaklala Scheme-III. This auction is an open public auction scheduled to be held on 1st June 2026 at 1100 hours in the office of the Chaklala Cantonment Board. If the auction is not held or a reasonable bid is not received on the first date, subsequent auctions will be held on 2nd and 3rd June 2026 respectively. The contract period is three years with an annual escalation rate of 10 percent. The tenant is responsible for minor repairs and routine maintenance to keep the area neat and tidy. Eligibility requires valid registration and compliance with government tax laws. The agreement must be registered with the Sub-Registrar under the Registration Act, 1908. The successful bidder must also be responsible for payment of all utility bills and cannot assign or sub-let the contract.
