Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, Custom House Quetta, is conducting an open auction of fresh and leftover goods lying at NLC Dry Port Quetta. The auction will be held on multiple dates including 04.09.2026, 18.09.2026, 02.10.2026, 16.10.2026, 06.11.2026, and 21.11.2026 after Nimaz-e-Jumma. Items being auctioned include fresh and leftover goods stored at the NLC Dry Port, Quetta.
The auction will be conducted on an 'as is where is' basis. Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the bid amount on the spot, with the remaining 75% to be deposited within 7 days. Sealed bids will also be accepted. Additionally, successful bidders who are NTN holders must deposit 10% of the bid amount as an Advance Income Tax separately.
Inspection of goods is allowed during office hours at the specified location. The Collectorate reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. If the auction is not completed on the stipulated date, it may continue the next day until finalization. Participants must bring their original CNIC cards on the auction day.
