The auction will be held at the office of the Deputy Commissioner Sibi. Items being auctioned: - Fruit collection rights for government orchards and trees in Sibi, Kachhi, Dera Murad Jamali, and Dhadar for the financial year 2025 (Reserve price: PKR 1,000,000) The technical scope includes the exclusive right to collect and sell fruits from the specified government orchards and trees for the duration of the financial year. The successful bidder will be responsible for adhering to all terms and conditions set by the district administration, including timely payment of the auctioned amount and compliance with local regulations regarding collection and sale. Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit a written application along with a pay order or demand draft for earnest money amounting to 25% of the reserve price. The remaining amount must be paid as per the schedule outlined in the auction terms. Bidders must also provide a copy of their CNIC and proof of tax registration if applicable. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. The last date for submission of offers is 06-10-2026. Bids must be submitted in person at the office of the Deputy Commissioner Sibi before the deadline.
