Pakistan Railways Karachi Division invites interested parties to participate in an open auction for various properties including godowns, new and already constructed shops, parking plots, agriculture sections, poultry sheds, marquees/marriage lawns, and restaurant/coffee shops/tea house food street locations across Karachi Division. Chundrigar Road - New shops at Landhi Station (15 shops) - New shops near Samo Bridge Kalapul (22 shops) - Shops at Jungshahi Railway Station (12 shops) - Near Block No. 165 at Hump Yard Karachi (2 shops) - Shops at Dabheji Railway Station (50 shops) - Already constructed shops/godowns at multiple locations including Police Line Rest House Hyderabad, Zeal Pak Hyderabad, Tandojam Railway Station, Mirpurkhas, Karachi Cantt, Hump Yard Railway Colony, RG Kearmari Railway Colony - Parking plots at various railway land locations including Orangi Station, Landhi Railway Station, near chanesar halt Karachi, Hump Yard - Agriculture sections LND-KOT, HDR-TDM HDR-MPS HDR-BDX, KOT-DADU & SWN-DDU-SNN, MPS-MVI PHO-JDO-JMO MPS-NWS MPS-KRB - 29 poultry sheds/cattle farm at Bin Qasim - Marquee/marriage lawns at CNG Pump national highway at kotri station yard, Detha Station Yard, Zeal Pak (Closed) Station Hyderabad, L-xing No. 8 KM 186/11-12 B/W HDR-DETHA - Restaurant/coffee shops/tea house food street locations including 3 tea shops at Dabheji Station, 1 restaurant near L-xing No. 02 KM 181/9-10 B/W KOT-HDR Station, 1 restaurant L-xing No. 02 KM 189.40 Detha Station Yard, near Bridge No. 07 KM 178/2-3 KOT-HDR station The auction covers a wide range of property types with varying sizes and time periods mostly 5 years with possible extension. Bid form fees range from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 20,000 depending on the lot. Bid security money varies from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,000,000 depending on the property. Interested bidders must collect bid forms from the Deputy Director Property and Land office Pakistan Railways Karachi during office hours. The auction will be held at specified locations and dates mostly at City Railway Station Karachi, AEN office Hyderabad, Kotri Railway Station, and Mirpurkhas Railway Station between 01 October 2026 and 08 October 2026. All bidders must be registered with FBR and provide earnest money as specified. Bid security will be refunded to all participants except the highest bidder after the auction. Successful bidders must deposit 10% withholding tax as per rules. Auction timings may be extended based on ground reality and public interest.
