AUCTION: Sale of Various Scrap Including MS Scrap at Lucky Cement

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Lucky Cement invites sealed bids for the auction of various scrap items, including MS scrap, at its Pehzu site. This auction presents an opportunity for interested buyers to acquire industrial scrap materials directly from one of Pakistan's leading cement manufacturers. The auction will be conducted through sealed bids, and all interested parties are encouraged to participate by submitting their offers within the specified timeframe. Items being auctioned: - MS Scrap (various lots as available at Lucky Cement Pehzu site) - Other miscellaneous scrap items (details available at the site) The scrap is available for inspection at the Lucky Cement Pehzu premises from 22 September 2026 to 28 September 2026, between 09:00 AM and 02:00 PM. Bidders are required to submit a pay order or demand draft of Rs. 3,000,000 as earnest money along with their sealed bid. The successful bidder must deposit the full amount within the stipulated period after acceptance of the bid. All bids must be submitted on the prescribed Performa, which can be obtained from the site office. Bids submitted without the required earnest money or incomplete documentation will not be considered. Eligibility criteria include submission of valid CNIC, company profile, and compliance with all terms and conditions outlined by Lucky Cement. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to carefully inspect the scrap before bidding, as no claims regarding quality or quantity will be entertained after the auction. Sealed bids must be submitted at the Lucky Cement Pehzu site office by the closing date.
