AUCTION: Sale of 54 Government Trees at Model Town, Lodhran

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Municipal Committee Lodhran is conducting a public auction for the sale of government trees located at Model Town, Lodhran. Interested parties are invited to participate in this open auction, which will be held at the office of the Municipal Committee. The auction includes a total of 54 trees of various species and sizes, with details as follows: - Kikar: 6 trees, total volume 105.66 cubic feet, estimated value 105.66 PKR - Sufaida: 2 trees, total volume 155.72 cubic feet, estimated value 311.43 PKR - Desi Shisham: 3 trees, total volume 217.35 cubic feet, estimated value 434.70 PKR - Sufaida: 12 trees, total volume 764.16 cubic feet, estimated value 764.16 PKR - Kikar: 15 trees, total volume 378.85 cubic feet, estimated value 757.7 PKR - Desi Shisham: 5 trees, total volume 76.13 cubic feet, estimated value 300.05 PKR Total: 54 trees The auction will be held on 19 October 2026 at 10:30 AM. Interested bidders must submit a non-refundable application fee of 15000 PKR and a CDR/pay order of 25% of the bid amount as earnest money. The successful bidder must deposit 75% of the total amount within 7 days of the auction. All taxes and government dues will be borne by the successful bidder. The trees must be removed within 30 days of payment. Only those registered with the FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Bidders are advised to inspect the trees before the auction date and ensure all documentation is complete.
