AUCTION: Disposal of Hino Bus, Toyota Hiace, Toyota Coaster, and Suzuki Bolan Vehicles

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Sangla Hill Road Management Division Lahore is conducting an open auction for the disposal of several government vehicles that are no longer required for official use. The auction will be held in Lahore, and interested parties are invited to participate as per the schedule and terms outlined in the notice. Items being auctioned: - Hino Bus (Model 1990, Registration LEI-14A-1103) - Toyota Hiace (Model 1986, Registration LEI-14A-3830) - Toyota Hiace (Model 1984, Registration LEI-14A-1490) - Toyota Coaster (Model 1985, Registration LEI-14A-1108) - Toyota Coaster (Model 1985, Registration LEI-14A-1120) - Suzuki Bolan (Model 2000, Registration LXR-4210) All vehicles will be auctioned on an as-is-where-is basis. Interested bidders must submit a non-refundable application fee and deposit earnest money of **PKR 100,000** in the form of a Pay Order in favor of the Executive Engineer, Sangla Hill Road Management Division Lahore. The earnest money is mandatory for participation and will be adjusted against the final bid or refunded to unsuccessful bidders. Bidders are required to submit their applications and earnest money by **12-10-2026** at 2:00 pm. The vehicles can be inspected on **14-10-2026** from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm at the division's premises. The auction will take place on **15-10-2026** at 1:00 pm. Successful bidders must deposit the full bid amount within the stipulated time, failing which the earnest money will be forfeited. All participants must bring original CNIC and proof of deposit. Government taxes and transfer fees will be borne by the successful bidder. For a better chance at winning, inspect the vehicles thoroughly during the viewing period and ensure your Pay Order is prepared in advance to avoid last-minute issues.
