NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. M/S Xpert Engineering Pvt Ltd in Rawalpindi is conducting an open auction for HVAC equipment including a Boiler in working condition. The auction will be held on Wednesday, 30th September 2026 at 0900 hours at their premises opposite E&ME College, near Golra More, Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi. Items being auctioned: - Steam Boiler - Water Softener - M.S Feed Water Tank - Diesel Oil Tank M.S Vertical Tank Capacity 1200 Ltrs - Chemical Feeding System 3x PVC Tank Transport Capacity 200 Ltrs with Chemical Closing Pump - M.S Pipe Dia 4" with Insulation & Cladding - Gate Valve Dia 4" The auctioned equipment is offered as-is, where-is. Interested participants must bring their original and photocopy of Computerized National Identity Card along with a deposit Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR of Rs. 1,000,000 in favor of Director Finance M/S Xpert Engineering Pvt Ltd, Rawalpindi as token money refundable before auction commencement. Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the final bid as Earnest Money within two days and pay the remaining 75% within seven working days in the bank account as per payment schedule slip. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of deposited money. The successful bidder is responsible for dismantling the HVAC equipment and must remove the auctioned store within the due time. General Sales Tax and Income Tax will be applied as per Government of Pakistan rules for filer and non-filer firms. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without giving reason. Bidders are advised to inspect the equipment beforehand and ensure timely compliance with payment and removal terms to avoid disqualification.
