Auction of Impounded Construction Materials at Rawalpindi

The National Highway Authority (NHA) Punjab North invites interested parties to participate in an open auction for impounded construction materials located at the office of Deputy Director (Maintenance) NHA Rawalpindi, adjacent to Byco Petrol Pump near Motorway Chowk Peshawar Road N-5. The auction includes items such as Sand (3250 cm), Crush (2400 cm), WBM (50 cm), and Stone Dust (110 cm), totaling 5810 cm of materials. This procurement is specifically for bidders holding valid NTN registration and interested in acquiring these materials on an 'As is Where is' basis. The auction will be held on Wednesday, 13th May 2026 at 12:30 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives. Interested bidders can inspect the materials at Sangjani Weigh Station near B-17 Multi Gardens, Islamabad during office hours. To participate, bidders must obtain the auction documents from the Deputy Director (Maintenance) NHA Rawalpindi office by submitting a non-refundable payment of Rs. 500 in favor of National Highway Authority Receipt Account Punjab North Lahore. A refundable security deposit of Rs. 50,000 is required via Pay Order or Demand Draft. Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately after approval and the remaining 75% within one week. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and re-auctioning of the materials. All payments must be made through pay orders in favor of the National Highway Authority Receipt Account Punjab North Lahore. Income tax and other applicable government taxes will be deducted as per rules.
