The auction will take place on 26 August 2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Director, Urban Areas Development Authority, Kanju Township, Swat. Items being auctioned: - 05 Nos Shops 02 to 06 (Sector C, 75 feet wide road, 03 years lease) - 01 No Shop (Park No 02, Sector-A, 03 years lease) - Car Parking (Sector D, 01 year lease) The technical scope includes monthly rental rights for the above shops and car parking, with the lease period set at three years for the shops and one year for the car parking. The successful bidder must deposit six months' rent in advance through a bank draft or bank challan within seven working days.
