AUCTION: Kasur Municipal Committee Annual Collection Rights 2026-27 (Parking, Slaughterhouse, Animal Market)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Committee Kasur invites sealed bids for the auction of annual collection rights for the financial year 2026-27. This auction covers three major municipal revenue streams in Kasur city: the Lorry Adda (bus stand), the slaughterhouse, and the animal market. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in the open auction process, which will be held on 30 September 2026 at 12:00 noon at the Municipal Committee office. The successful bidders will be granted rights for the period from 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027. Items being auctioned: - Lorry Adda (Bus Stand) Collection Rights (Reserve deposit: Rs. 1,00,000, Annual value: Rs. 9,00,000) - Slaughterhouse Collection Rights (Reserve deposit: Rs. 50,000, Annual value: Rs. 4,00,000) - Animal Market Collection Rights (Reserve deposit: Rs. 1,00,000, Annual value: Rs. 10,00,000) Each lot has a specified reserve deposit amount, which must be submitted as earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR at the time of bidding. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Municipal Committee. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and proof of deposit to participate. The highest bidder for each lot will be awarded the collection rights for the specified period, subject to approval by the competent authority. Eligibility requires Pakistani nationals with no outstanding dues to the Municipal Committee. Prior experience in municipal collections is advantageous but not mandatory. All taxes and government levies will be applicable as per law. The deadline for submission and participation is bolded as 30 September 2026.
