AUCTION: Lease Rights of Canteen at Government Degree College for Boys Sialkot

Government Degree College for Boys Sialkot is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of its main canteen (average capacity 1800 students, staff, and teachers) for the upcoming academic year. The canteen is located within the college premises and is being offered for lease through open auction for a period of one year, starting from the date of contract signing. All interested bidders must submit their sealed bids along with a copy of their CNIC and a pay order of earnest money equivalent to 10 percent of the annual reserve price. The reserve price for the canteen lease has been set at Rs. 58,080 per annum. Bidders are required to deposit the earnest money in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of the college principal. The successful bidder will be required to sign the lease agreement and pay the full annual lease amount in advance. The canteen must be operated in accordance with the college's rules and regulations, and the lessee will be responsible for maintaining hygiene and quality standards. Bid opening will take place on 12 December 2026 at 10:30 AM in the presence of the auction committee and participating bidders. In case of any dispute, the decision of the principal will be final.
