The minimum upset price is set at Rs. 15,000 per acre, and the successful bidder must deposit 1/3 of the total bid amount immediately after the auction. The remaining amount is to be paid within 20 days. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms, but participants must bring their original CNIC and proof of financial capability.
