Cantonment Board Kohat invites sealed bids for the open auction of lease rights for parking stands and shops located at the Cantonment Board Office Kohat for the financial year 2026-2027. The auction will be conducted as per the schedule and terms outlined in the notice. Items being auctioned:
- Parking Stand at Cantonment Board Office Kohat (Reserve Price: Rs. 50,000 per annum, Lease Period: 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027)
- Shop No. 1 at Cantonment Board Office Kohat (Reserve Price: Rs. 50,000 per annum, Lease Period: 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027)
- Shop No. 2 at Cantonment Board Office Kohat (Reserve Price: Rs. 100,000 per annum, Lease Period: 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027)
The technical scope includes the management and operation of the parking stand and shops as per the lease agreement. The successful bidder will be responsible for maintaining the premises and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The properties are situated within the administrative limits of Cantonment Board Kohat, offering high visibility and commercial potential.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order or CDR equivalent to the specified percentage of the reserve price must be submitted with the bid.
