AUCTION: Lease Rights of Medical Store, Canteen, and Shops at Cat-D Hospital, BHU, and RHC in Tehsil Shabqadar

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. District Health Authority Charsadda is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of medical stores, canteens, and shops located at various health facilities in Tehsil Shabqadar. The auction will be held at the office of the undersigned as per the schedule below. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the opportunity to operate these facilities for the specified period. Items being auctioned: - Cat-D Hospital Shabqadar: Medical Store (3 units, 40.6 marla, 26.8.26), Canteen (1 unit, 98.3 marla, 26.8.26), Shop (1 unit, 18.1 marla, 26.8.26) - BHU Saro Kallay: Medical Store (1 unit, 28.8.026) - BHU Sherpao: Medical Store (1 unit, 28.8.026) - BHU Palangzai: Medical Store (1 unit, 28.8.026) - BHU Ali Zai: Medical Store (1 unit, 28.8.026) - BHU Mian Kallay: Medical Store (1 unit, 28.8.026) - BHU Katozai: Medical Store (1 unit, 28.8.026) - RHC Matta: Medical Store (2 units, 2.9.026) Each lot includes the right to operate the respective medical store, canteen, or shop for the lease period as per the terms and conditions set by the District Health Authority. The auction will commence at 10am on the specified dates. Bidders must bring original CNIC and submit earnest money of Rs:10000/- in the form of CDR at the time of auction. Successful bidders will be required to sign the lease agreement and comply with all relevant health and safety regulations. For eligibility, participants must not be blacklisted and should have experience in running similar facilities. Timely arrival is recommended as the auction will start promptly.
