The godowns are located at Badami Bagh Lahore under the jurisdiction of Lahore Division. The auction will be held at the DS Office Lahore on 29-09-2026. Bidders must submit sealed bids between 10:00 AM and 02:00 PM on the auction date. Bids will be opened the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly indicating the Godown Number on the outer cover. Earnest Money in the form of a CDR in favor of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Lahore, must accompany each bid. The earnest money amount is Rs. 5,00,000/- and an advance rent deposit equivalent to 50% of the annual rent quoted by the bidder is also required. This auction is governed by the Railway Property and Land Rules, 2023. Pakistan Railways reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid envelope is clearly marked with the correct godown number and includes all required earnest money and deposits to avoid disqualification.
