AUCTION: Lease Rights of Parking Stand, Cattle Market, and Agricultural Land in Gujranwala Circle

Military Lands & Cantonments Department, through the Military Estates Office Gujranwala Circle, invites interested parties to participate in the open auction for lease rights of various properties in Gujranwala. The auction will be held at the Military Estates Office, Gujranwala Circle, on 28 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The properties offered for lease are as follows: - Parking Stand (30 Marla, Saddar Bazar, Gujranwala Cantonment) - Cattle Market (14 Kanal, near Garrison Park, Gujranwala Cantonment) - Agricultural Land (164 Kanal, 3 Marla, 9 Sarsai, near Gujranwala Cantonment) Each property is being offered for lease for the financial year 2026-27. The annual reserve price for the agricultural land is set at Rs. 3,49,642. The auction is open to all eligible Pakistani individuals and firms. Interested bidders must bring their original CNIC and submit earnest money of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a pay order or CDR at the time of auction registration. Successful bidders will be required to pay the full lease amount and sign the agreement as per the department's terms and conditions. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the authorized committee, and the department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
