AUCTION: Mandi Molesian Okara Cantt Lease Rights (3 Years)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Cantonment Board Okara is inviting bids through E-Auction for the lease rights of Mandi Molesian Okara Cantt for a period of three years. The auction will be conducted online via the Federal Government's EPADS Version 2.0 portal, in accordance with SRO-542(I)/88 and the Cantonment Act 1924. The total government reserve price for the lease is set at Rs. 18,26,92,500/- for the full term. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for Mandi Molesian Okara Cantt (duration: 3 years, government reserve price: Rs. 18,26,92,500/-) The successful bidder will be granted exclusive rights to operate and manage the Mandi Molesian within Okara Cantonment for the specified period. All interested parties must register as vendors on the PPRA EPADS Version 2.0 (Federal) portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/register. Only those on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR are eligible to participate. Earnest Money in the form of CDR/Pay Order amounting to 50% of the annual bid value must be submitted. The auction process is fully online, and physical presence is not required for bid submission. The last date for bid submission is 28 October 2026. Bidders must ensure all documents and earnest money are uploaded and submitted via the EPADS portal before the deadline. The auction will be awarded to the highest evaluated bidder, subject to approval by the Cantonment Board.
