AUCTION: Lease Rights for Monthly Rent of Marka-e-Haq Cricket Arena, Municipal Committee Chakwal

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Municipal Committee Chakwal invites interested parties to participate in the auction for the lease rights of the monthly rent of Marka-e-Haq Cricket Arena, located near Jinnah Park, Pindi Bye-Pass, Chakwal. The auction is conducted under the Punjab Local Government (Property Rules 2018) for a period of 5 years. The auction will be held at the Jinnah Hall Office of the Municipal Committee Chakwal on 20th October 2026 at 12:00 Noon. The reserved price is fixed at Rs. 4,35,000/- per month. After the expiry of the tenancy, the lease period will be extendable accordingly after re-assessment of the rent as per market rate. Interested firms or individuals must submit a security deposit of Rs. 5,00,000/- in the shape of a pay order or call deposit along with a copy of their CNIC. Firms or companies must also submit a registration certificate along with an authority letter. In case of an increase in bid money, the security deposit will also be increased on the spot. The Auction Committee reserves the right to reject one or all bids without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions and ensure timely submission of the required security deposit and documents before the auction date to avoid disqualification.
