AUCTION: Lease of Shops by Municipal Committee Sarai Alamgir 2026

Municipal Committee Sarai Alamgir District Gujrat is inviting sealed bids from the general public for the lease of various shops under its jurisdiction for the year 2026. Items being auctioned: - Lease of Shop No. 5, General Bus Stand: Reserve Price PKR 27,000, Annual Rent PKR 30,000 - Lease of Shop No. 9, General Bus Stand: Reserve Price PKR 29,000, Annual Rent PKR 30,000 - Lease of Shop, Fruit Market: Reserve Price PKR 15,000, Annual Rent PKR 20,000 - Lease of Shop, Fruit Market: Reserve Price PKR 15,000, Annual Rent PKR 20,000 - Lease of Shop, Vegetable Market: Reserve Price PKR 8,000, Annual Rent PKR 15,000 The technical scope includes the right to use the leased shops for commercial purposes as per municipal regulations. The lease period for all shops is from 01-01-2026 to 31-12-2026. Interested bidders must submit earnest money equivalent to the reserve price for each shop they wish to bid on. The auction will be held on 18-11-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Municipal Committee Sarai Alamgir. All participants must bring their original CNIC and proof of deposit of earnest money. Only those who fulfill the eligibility criteria and deposit the required earnest money will be allowed to participate in the auction.
