AUCTION: Police Station Mirpur Petrol Pump Auction Rights

District Police Mirpur is inviting sealed bids for the auction of petrol pump rights located at Police Station Sector Shaheed Chowk, Mirpur. This petrol pump, previously operated under the supervision of Pakistan State Oil (PSO), is now being offered for public auction as per the orders of the competent authority. The auction is open to all interested parties, including individuals and organizations, who wish to participate in the bidding process for the petrol pump rights. Items being auctioned: - Auction rights for the petrol pump situated at Police Station Sector Shaheed Chowk, Mirpur The petrol pump is situated at a prominent location and is currently operational. Interested parties are required to submit their sealed bids to the office of the Superintendent of Police, District Mirpur, by 15-11-2026. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the applicants, and the highest bid will be considered for approval. The successful bidder will be required to deposit the bid amount as per the terms and conditions set by the department. In addition to the bid amount, the successful bidder will also be responsible for any applicable taxes and fees. If the highest bidder fails to deposit the required amount, the next highest bidder may be considered. The final approval of the auction will be subject to the satisfaction of the competent authority, and the successful bidder will be required to sign an agreement before taking possession.
