AUCTION: Leasing of Shops at Pak PWD Colony Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Estate Office Management Lahore under the Ministry of Housing & Works invites interested parties to participate in an open auction for leasing shops located at Pak PWD Colony, Lahore. The auction is conducted as per the Shop Rental Policy 2017 (Amendment 2023) for an initial period of three years on a monthly rent basis. The auction will be held under the supervision of the auction committee at the office of the Deputy Director, Estate Office Lahore on 17-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Items being auctioned: - Shop No. 02, Pak PWD Colony, Lahore (1 unit) - Shop No. 06, Pak PWD Colony, Lahore (1 unit) The official bid rate/monthly rent for these shops is Rs. 7,425/-. Participants must submit a Bank Draft or Pay Order of Rs. 30,000/- as token money in favor of the Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Estate Office Lahore. This amount is refundable to unsuccessful bidders and adjustable for successful bidders. Employees and contractors are not eligible to participate. Bidders must submit a copy of their CNIC to the auction committee. Bidding documents containing auction details and terms can be obtained from the Deputy Director Estate Office Lahore during office hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM upon payment of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable). The auction will start promptly at 11:00 AM on 17-09-2026, and late bids will not be entertained. The successful bidder shall pay advance rent of one year within 10 days and three months settled rent as security after approval of the lease agreement.
