AUCTION: Sale of Malta and Hareer Fruit Bearing Plants at Government Fruit Nursery Farm Haripur

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Government Fruit Nursery Farm Haripur is conducting a public auction for the sale of fruit-bearing plants, specifically Malta and Hareer varieties, located at the nursery premises in Haripur. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction scheduled for 08/10/2026 at 11:00 AM. The auction will be held at the site, and all participants must be present at the designated time. Items being auctioned: - Malta (163 bearing plants) including: - 67 Blood Red - 47 Succri - 5 Washington Nawel - 3 Valencia - 3 Ruby Red - 2 Fruiter - 18 Musami - 18 Grape Fruit - Hareer (17 plants, unknown and very old plants) The auction will be conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the department. A refundable earnest money deposit of PKR 50,000 is required to participate, payable via bank draft or pay order. The successful bidder must deposit the full bid amount immediately after the auction. All plants are to be removed from the premises within the stipulated time frame, and the department will not be responsible for any damages or losses after the handover. Participants must bring their original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms, but preference will be given to those who comply fully with the auction requirements. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
