AUCTION: Mango Orchards 2026/2027 by DHA Multan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan is conducting an open auction for Mango Orchards for the year 2026/2027 located in Multan. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction as per the schedule provided. The auction includes multiple orchards across different mouzas with specified areas and tube well availability. Items being auctioned: - Matti Tal: 30, 22, 17, 15, 19, 9, 7, 4, 6, 5, 2, 2, 1.5 acres with tube well on 19 acres - Qadir Pur Rawan: 15 acres - Sadar Pur: 9 acres - Tahir Pur: 12, 9.5, 6 acres - Kotla Sadat: 10, 4 acres with tube well on 4 acres - Rasool Pur: 11 acres - Rai Pur: 16 acres - Panjkhoa: 5, 1.5 acres - Lutfabad: 11 acres - Chak Gagrah: 4 acres - Tahir Pur (Annex-B): 4, 23 acres with tube well on 23 acres - Sangi: 6 acres with tube well - Durana Lagana: 6 acres The total area is approximately 283 acres with 7 tube wells. Bidders must register between 0930 to 1030 hrs on the auction day and provide a refundable registration fee of Rs. 200,000 along with a copy of CNIC. 25% of the total bidding amount will be collected as earnest money from the successful bidder at the spot. The auction date and time is 08 September 2026 from 1100 to 1300 hrs at Old Staff Living, DHA Multan. Pre-auction visits for auctioneers are scheduled from 02 to 07 September 2026.
