AUCTION: Recovery Contract for Entry and Business Market Fees at Sabzi Mandi Hassan Abdal for 2026-27

Market Committee Hassan Abdal invites sealed bids for the auction of the recovery contract for entry and business market fees (Aigri Business Market Fees) at Sabzi Mandi Hassan Abdal for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 26 August 2026 at 12:00 PM in the office of the Assistant Commissioner Hassan Abdal. The contract is for the collection of market entry and business fees, with a reserve price set at Rs. 9,000,000 for the period ending 30 June 2027. Interested parties must comply with all terms and conditions as outlined by the Punjab Agricultural Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA). Items being auctioned: - Recovery contract for entry and business market fees at Sabzi Mandi Hassan Abdal (Reserve price: Rs. 9,000,000) - Earnest money deposit: Rs. 300,000 (Pay Order) The technical scope includes the exclusive right to collect entry and business market fees from all vendors and traders operating within the market premises for the specified period. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring transparent and timely collection as per the rules and regulations of the Market Committee and PAMRA. Bidders must submit a pay order of Rs. 300,000 as earnest money along with their application. Only those with relevant experience in fee collection and who are not blacklisted by any government department are eligible to participate. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the Assistant Commissioner, and the highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for award, subject to approval. Bids must be submitted in person at the office of the Assistant Commissioner Hassan Abdal by 28 August 2026.
