Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Municipal Committee Jhelum invites interested parties to participate in the open auction for lease rights of various shops and parking sites for the financial year 2025-2026. The auction will be held at the MC Jhelum office on 05-11-2026 at 11:00 AM. The lease period is for one year, and successful bidders will be required to pay 10% annual increase as per Punjab Local Government Act 2018. Earnest money (CDR) is mandatory for participation and must be submitted before the auction.

The technical scope includes lease of commercial shops and parking sites at key locations in Jhelum, suitable for retail and transport-related businesses. All Pakistani nationals, firms, and companies registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Earnest money must be deposited as CDR in the name of Chief Officer, MC Jhelum, before the auction date. Bidders are advised to visit the sites before bidding to assess the business potential and compliance requirements.
The auction will be conducted in person at the MC Jhelum office. For best results, ensure your CDR and required documents are complete and arrive early to inspect the premises and clarify any queries with the auction committee.
