Expression of Interest (EOI) for Outsource of Lands and Building at University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences Lahore

University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for outsourcing lands and building properties in Lahore and Pattoki. This procurement is conducted under a single stage two envelope bidding procedure, requiring separate Technical and Financial Proposals. Items being outsourced: - 118 Acre Land at C-Block, UVAS, Ravi Campus, Pattoki - 71 Acre Land at C-Block, UVAS, Ravi Campus, Pattoki - 97 Acre Land at A-Block, UVAS, Ravi Campus, Pattoki - 29 Acre Land at B-Block, UVAS, Ravi Campus, Pattoki - UVAS's Spacious Double Storey Office Building suitable for Banks / Pharmacies / Multinational Companies at Main Civil Lines Outfall Road, Lahore The lands at Pattoki are offered on a framework contract basis for three years with possible extension of two years by mutual consent. The office building in Lahore is offered on a framework contract basis for five years with extendable period by mutual consent. Bid security amounts vary from Rs. 500,000 to Rs. 1,000,000 depending on the lot, with minimum annual rents specified for each property. Interested firms must comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and be registered with income tax, Punjab sales tax on services (PRA), General Sales Tax (GST), and Professional Tax authorities. The Terms of Reference (TORs) are available on the University website and the PPRA portal (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx). Sealed bids along with refundable Lot Wise Bid Security in the form of CDR favoring Treasurer, UVAS, Lahore must reach the office by 18-11-2026 till 11:00 a.m. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the Administration Block, 1st Floor, Treasurer Office Meeting Room No.116, UVAS Lahore. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial proposals separately and ensure timely submission. Note that UVAS will not be responsible for any costs incurred during bid preparation. In case of a public holiday on the opening date, bids will be opened on the next working day.
