Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Habib Bank Limited is offering for public auction a mortgage property located in Lahore, under Execution Application No. 41824/2025. The property is a parcel measuring 80 Kanals in total, detailed by various Khewats and Khatoonis in Jamabandi records from 1986 to 1987, situated at Had Bast Mauza Madkay, Tehsil & District Sheikhupura. The property includes East Road, West Property of others, North Property of others, and South Property of others, with legal registration and mutation documents confirming ownership and mortgage status.
Items being auctioned:
- Property measuring 80 Kanals with detailed Khewat and Khatooni numbers
- Land and Building / Construction only
The reserve price for the auction is set at **Rs. 200 Million**. The auction will be held on 02-12-2026 at 2:00 PM at the site. Proclamation postings will occur at the court premises on 27-10-2026 and at the site on 29-10-2026.
Interested bidders must deposit an earnest money of **PKR 1,000,000/-** via Pay Order or Bank Draft to the Court Auctioneers before bidding. The highest bidder will be declared the purchaser subject to court approval. The auction terms include a 25% down payment by the highest bidder on the day of sale, with the balance payable within 15 days. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture and re-auction of the property.
For eligibility, bidders should be prepared to comply with the auction terms and conditions as per the Court and Civil Procedure Code. The property will be sold on an "As is where it is" basis. Taxes, stamp fees, duties, and other charges will be borne by the purchaser.
