Interested bidders must deposit a non-refundable participation fee of **PKR 2,500** and submit a call deposit receipt (CDR) or pay order of **10%** of the bid amount as earnest money. The successful bidder will be required to pay all applicable taxes and complete the payment within the stipulated time.
