AUCTION: Parking Area Rights at Jinnah Hospital Lahore for One Year

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Jinnah Hospital Lahore invites interested individuals, firms, and companies to participate in the auction of its parking areas for a period of one year through the e-Auction Portal. The auction concerns parking areas inside Jinnah Hospital Lahore including the adjacent Emergency, Annexed OPD Block, and total area of 331,700 Sqft. The successful bidder will be responsible for parking all types of vehicles including motorcycles, rickshaws, pickups, cars, Mazda, and trucks, ensuring a systematic traffic flow inside the institution premises with safety and security of vehicles in a professional manner. Items being auctioned: - Parking Area inside Jinnah Hospital Lahore (Emergency, Annexed OPD Block) totaling 331,700 Sqft The auction will be conducted online via the e-Auction Portal (https://auction-health.punjab.gov.pk/login) and the official website of AIMC (www.aimc.edu.pk). Interested and eligible applicants must register on the portal by 04.11.2026 and upload eligibility status by 12.11.2026. The last date for submission of grievances is 19.11.2026, with grievance redressal by 26.11.2026. The final submission deadline for approved firms is 09.12.2026. The reserve price for this auction is Rs. 30,550,788/- without tax for one year. The auction will start at the advertised reserve price and subsequent offers must be greater than the previous offer plus 1% of the reserve price. If no offer is received during the last minute, the auction will automatically end. However, if an offer is received during the last minute, the auction time will be extended by an additional 5 minutes. The auction will conclude at midnight (12:00 AM) on the auction day. Applicants must furnish earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price (Rs. 3,055,079/-) in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker's Cheque issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan. This must be submitted physically within 10 days of the announcement of the evaluation result. Failure to submit earnest money will render the applicant ineligible. The auction will be carried out as per the Auction Policy 2025 notified by the SHC&ME department. In case the closing day is a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be considered the closing date. Bidders are advised to carefully review the auction terms and conditions on the official portal and ensure timely registration and submission of all required documents to avoid disqualification.
