Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Muridke invites eligible bidders including firms and contractors registered with sales tax, income tax (FBR), and Punjab Sales Tax Authority for the auction of the Parking Stand at THQ Hospital Muridke for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being auctioned:
- Parking Services for FY 2026-27
The auction will be conducted under the Auction Right Rule 2016 with a reserve price of Rs. 1,200,000/- excluding taxes. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules and any changes in government taxes will be binding on the contractor. Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents from the office of the Medical Superintendent upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/-. Bidding documents are also available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) until the closing date.
Sealed bids must be delivered by 9:30 AM on 20.11.2026 accompanied by a bid security (Earnest Money) of Rs. 250,000/- in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The auction will be held at 10:00 AM on 20.11.2026 in the office of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Muridke. If the auction cannot be held on the due date, it will be conducted on 27.11.2026 at 10:00 AM.
NTN, PST, and sales tax registration certificates must be provided. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals prior to acceptance under PPRA rules. Disqualification may occur if submitted information is found false or incomplete.
Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids with all required documentation and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Early preparation of bid security and verification of registration certificates will facilitate smooth participation.
