Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Cantonment Board Peshawar is inviting interested parties to participate in the open auction for the lease rights of the parking stand located at Islamia College University Peshawar. The auction will be held on 01-07-2024 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Peshawar. This opportunity is for the financial year 2024-2025, and the successful bidder will be granted the right to operate and collect parking fees at the specified location.
Items being auctioned:
- Lease rights of parking stand at Islamia College University Peshawar (Reserve price: Rs. 2,10,000 per annum)
The technical scope includes the management and operation of the parking stand, ensuring proper fee collection, and maintaining order as per the terms set by the Cantonment Board.
