SFMKB Institute of Cardiology, Dera Ghazi Khan, invites registered individuals, firms, and companies to participate in the auction of parking area(s) for a period of one year through an e-Auction portal. The auction concerns the Parking Stand located at the Main Parking at Main Gate Entrance 21780. Items being auctioned: - Parking Stand at Main Parking at Main Gate Entrance 21780 The successful applicant will be responsible for parking all types of vehicles including motorcycles, cars, rickshaws, pickups, trucks, and Mazda vehicles. The auction aims to ensure systematic flow inside the institution premises with safety and security of vehicles maintained professionally. Applicants must register on the e-Auction Portal by the specified deadline. The auction will be conducted exclusively through the portal; hard copy submissions are not required. Applicants are advised to apply early to avoid rejection due to incomplete or late submissions. The auction reserve price is set at Rs. 1,115,000/- for one year. Offers must exceed the previous offer by at least 1% of the reserve price. If no offer is received by the last minute, the auction will be extended by five minutes and continue until no further bids are received. Registered applicants must furnish earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price (Rs. 111,500/-) in the form of Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee/CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, submitted physically within ten days of the announcement of evaluation results at the office of the Medical Superintendent, SFMKB Institute of Cardiology, Dera Ghazi Khan. Failure to submit earnest money will render the applicant ineligible. The auction closing date is 27 October 2026 at 3:00 pm.
