Auction of Parking Stand at THQ Hospital Wazirabad for FY 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Wazirabad invites interested firms to participate in the auction of the parking stand for the financial year 2026-2027, covering the period from 15th November 2026 to 30th June 2027. The auction will be held on 7th November 2026 at 1:00 PM at the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Wazirabad. Items being auctioned: - Parking Stand lease for FY 2026-2027 Only firms registered with Category A/B/C/D enlistment certificates are eligible to participate. Interested bidders must obtain documents and detailed information from the office of MS THQ Hospital Wazirabad upon submission of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000. Documents are available until 7th November 2026 up to 09:30 AM. Bidders must submit a letter of interest along with bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan by 10:30 AM on the auction date. Cash payments are not accepted. The bid security amount is Rs. 188,520. The successful bidder must submit an advance fee for three months within 24 hours of the auction, failing which the bid security will be forfeited and the bid cancelled. Bidding will be conducted in a closed envelope format with technical and financial bids submitted separately but both enclosed in a single envelope.
