AUCTION: Petrol Pump Site Tenancy at Cantt Board Faisal Karachi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Cantonment Board Faisal Karachi invites interested parties to participate in the auction of a petrol pump site located at the main Shahrah-e-Faisal Karachi. The auction is on a premium (non-refundable) and rent basis starting from 21-10-2026 at 11:00 AM at Cantt Board office Faisal. If the auction is not held on the scheduled date, it will be rescheduled to 22-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, and if again not held, then to 23-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Items/Lots involved: - Petrol pump site at main Shahrah-e-Faisal Karachi - Premium (non-refundable) amount - Rent at Rs. 40/- per Sq. ft with reserve price announced at the spot - Development charges at Rs. 4000/- per Sq. Yard The tenancy period is initially 10 years with renewal options for two similar terms. The existing tenant has first right of refusal. The tenancy rights are transferable subject to Board approval. The agreement must be registered with the Sub Registrar under the Registration Act, 1908. Utilities connections (electricity, telephone, gas, water) will be arranged by the successful bidder at their own expense. The successful bidder must submit a Pay Order of Rs. 10.00 Million as security and deposit 25% of the bid amount within 30 days of approval. Income tax and other government charges are applicable. The tenant is responsible for all repairs, maintenance, and security of the premises. Eligibility requires submission of original CNIC, contact number, and compliance with terms and conditions. The monthly rent is payable before the 5th of each calendar month. Tenancy rights will be governed under revised guidelines for CFPs issued by HQ ML&C and the Pakistan Cantonments Property Rules 1957.
