LEASE: Foreign Currency Exchange Counter Concession at Bacha Khan International Airport Peshawar

The concession involves the establishment and operation of a Foreign Currency Exchange Counter located in the Concourse Hall of the airport. This is a prime location for currency exchange services, catering to both domestic and international travelers passing through BKIAP. Items being offered for lease: - Establishment and Operation of Foreign Currency Exchange Counter located in Concourse Hall (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,364,000/- per month, License Period: Five years) The technical scope includes setting up and managing a fully functional currency exchange counter, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and security requirements as mandated by the airport authorities. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing efficient and secure currency exchange services to passengers and visitors, maintaining high standards of customer service, and adhering to all operational guidelines set by PAA. Eligible bidders must be experienced in the currency exchange business and should be able to demonstrate financial capability to meet the reserve price and operational commitments. Earnest Money and other bid security requirements are detailed in the tender documents, which can be purchased for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000. The last date to purchase tender documents is 19th October 2026. Bids must be submitted in sealed form to the C.O.O./APM Office, BKIAP, Peshawar, by 20th October 2026 at 1000 hrs.
