Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Municipal Committee Darya Khan District Bhakkar is inviting sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for various stands and parking sites for the financial year 2027-2028. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction, which will be held at the office of the Municipal Committee on 7-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. The auction covers multiple sites, each with its own reserve price and annual value. The successful bidders will be granted the right to collect fees from the specified locations for the stated period.
Items being auctioned:
- Tehsil General Bus Stand Darya Khan (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,80,000, Annual Value: Rs. 18,00,000)
- Truck Stand Darya Khan (Reserve Price: Rs. 67,500, Annual Value: Rs. 6,75,000)
- Cattle Market Darya Khan (Reserve Price: Rs. 17,300, Annual Value: Rs. 1,73,000)
- Cycle Stand Darya Khan (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,800, Annual Value: Rs. 38,000)
- Motorcycle Stand Darya Khan (Reserve Price: Rs. 4,800, Annual Value: Rs. 48,000)
Each lot is offered for the period from 01-08-2027 to 30-08-2028, except where otherwise noted. Bidders must submit earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price in the form of a CDR or pay order at the time of bidding. Only those registered with the relevant tax authorities and holding valid CNICs are eligible to participate. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee, and the highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for approval. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions and ensure all required documents are attached with their bid.
