Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) invites sealed bids from interested parties for the auction of lease rights for various parking sites and a showroom for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted at the RDA office in Rawalpindi, and all eligible bidders are encouraged to participate for the opportunity to operate these lucrative sites.
Items being auctioned:
- Parking Site at 18-B, Satellite Town (Reserve Price: Rs. 7,77,600, Annual Value: Rs. 25,92,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 2,77,600)
- Parking Site at Committee Chowk (Reserve Price: Rs. 19,44,000, Annual Value: Rs. 64,80,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 4,44,000)
- Parking Site at Commercial Market (Reserve Price: Rs. 7,20,000, Annual Value: Rs. 60,000 per month, Earnest Money: Rs. 2,20,000)
- Showroom No. 13, Commercial Market (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,16,000, Annual Value: Rs. 60,000 per month, Earnest Money: Rs. 2,16,000)
- Showroom No. 15, Commercial Market (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,16,000, Annual Value: Rs. 60,000 per month, Earnest Money: Rs. 2,16,000)
Each site has a specified reserve price and annual value, and the successful bidder will be required to pay the earnest money as CDR or pay order. The auction will be held on 03.11.2026 at 11:00 AM at the RDA office. Interested parties must submit their sealed bids before the auction date. Bidders must bring original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit. The lease period is for one year, and the successful bidder will be responsible for all applicable taxes and compliance with RDA regulations.
Eligibility criteria include submission of 10% earnest money, valid CNIC, and compliance with all terms and conditions as outlined in the notice.
