AUCTION: Replacement of 29 Bus Stop Shelters and Advertisement Rights by Lahore Cantonment Board

Lahore Cantonment Board is offering an auction opportunity for the replacement and reconstruction of 29 bus stop shelters with modern bus queue shelters (BQS) along with advertisement rights on specified spaces. The auction will be held at the Lahore Cantt Board premises on 19 October 2026 at 1230 hours, with alternative dates on 20 and 21 October 2026 if required. Items being auctioned: - Replacement of 29 bus stop shelters with modern Bus Queue Shelters (BQS) - Advertisement rights on the bus queue shelters for an initial period of one year on a B.O.T basis, with a possible extension of two years subject to payment of advertisement charges The successful bidder will be responsible for the replacement work in accordance with the approved design and sample by the Cantonment Executive Officer. Advertisement materials must be installed only in designated approved spaces and maintained according to the Board's standards. The bidder must deposit an Earnest Money of Rs. 1 Million in the form of call deposit or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan or from a foreign bank with a counter guarantee by a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The auction includes the responsibility for maintenance and cleanliness of each bus stop shelter, and the advertiser must clear any writings or posters daily. Defaulters from any government organization, especially Lahore Cantt Board, are not eligible to participate. The advertisement rights will be granted initially for one year with an option to continue for two additional years based on charges.
