Items being auctioned: - Contract for auction of Running Canteen in International Level Tennis Stadium, Nishter Park Sports Complex, Lahore - Covered Area: Approximately 1872 Sqft - Un-Covered Area (Open Space): Approximately 4477 Sqft The contract includes both covered and open spaces at the specified premises. The estimated reserve price is Rs. 190,053 per month, with the contract term set for 3 years, extendable. The procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024, under a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 228,064 (10% of the per annum estimate/reserve price) in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, payable to the Director General Sports & Youth Affairs / Secretary Sports Board Punjab. The last date for submission of bids is 5th October 2026 by 11:45 am. Financial proposals will be opened the same day at 12:15 pm in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
